Artisan bakery that has been in operation since 1913, now a century-old establishment in which we produce a variety of quality artisan breads produced by a professional team.

Our elaboration is based on a natural sourdough system, eliminating all kinds of additives, working with long natural fermentations, and with stone-ground flours with an oven finish to achieve a bread with a careful texture and a lot of flavor.
